| Just middleclick or CTRL-click the link, and it should open in a new tab in a decent browser. And the previous page is just a backspace (or ALT+left or click on the back button) away. Personally, I hate, hate, hate it when a website opens links in a new window/tab. And the general consensus among web developers (such as myself) seems to be that it's up to the user (such as you) to open links in a new tab if you like it that way. If you're using Firefox with Greasemonkey ("a Firefox extension that allows you to customize the way webpages look and function") (or similar) I could whip up an user script that opens links in a new window by default. > Whenever you click on a link it will open in the same > tab/window.... if you donīt use right click and open in > new tab. Damn, I want it EASY and LOGICAL and UP TO DATE. > Am I asking for too much? | |
