US man arrested, claims to be Meat Loaf  "Paradise was nowhere near the dashboard light for a drunken Meat Loaf impostor in the US. Eric Brown was arrested in Middletown, Ohio after he grabbed the wheel of a taxi he was travelling in. The 37-year-old was wearing a vampire costume at the time and told police he was the singer Meat Loaf. According to police records obtained by NBC news, Brown was drunk and he grabbed the wheel while the car was in motion. The alias "Meat Loaf" was used by police in their initial report about the incident. Brown was convicted on charges of disorderly conduct while intoxicated and fined $160 including court fees." Dunno about looking like Meat Loaf ... to me he looks more like the product of a brief and presumably painful encounter between a hobbit and a Klingon. Dave | |
