Our postie is pretty good, and I'm sure the vast majority of them are.
The problem though is that, as a whole, they seem intent on shooting themselves in the foot by going on strike. The end effect of that will be less post being sent as people turn even more to doing things online with electronic bank statements etc., and by using other parcel delivery companies. They obviously think they're working for a monopoly, but they're not.
