Shane MacGowan was a guest at Jools Holland gig that we went to at the RAH. We saw glimpses of him; he was too pissed/stoned to perform. We count ourselves lucky, and certainly luckier than the front-row fans at another gig where he started to sing, then stopped and threw up over them.
He's a grade 1 arsehole.
