I pre-ordered it from Amazon.com (final price: $7.99, or about two beers in real money ;-), but it hasn't arrived yet. It certainly doesn't seem to be living up to the expectations.

And from what I hear, Jim's got competition in the recycling department. A lot of Savatage material [disclaimer: I'm a Savatage-fanboy] is said to be re-appropriated. The Mountain is based on their version of Hall of the Mountain King, two instrumental pieces are based on Mozart & Madness, Believe is a flat-out cover, and there are more pieces here and there.
