| You lucky bastard! ;-) I´ve been thinking about this yesterday. I wished I´ve had the chance one time... because I´m fascinated with the shuttles too. I was at the Technik Museum Speyer on Sat because they have one of the russian Burans since November 2008. Some technical features of this shuttle are still far superior to the NASA shuttle. The heat shield for example is much more heat resistand and stronger, they´d been able to start like an aeroplane with or without crew completely remote-controlled and were able to take more wight... sad they didn´t have the money to continue the project.
