All Dave did was build a forum using freely available forum software, and modified it with a freely available "theme" and a couple of other things. Aside from the forum there's bugger-all there. I'm really pleased though with the way that the forum has gone so far.
Dave doesn't do web-sites except for his own, and he doesn't like doing those. Dave doesn't mind the techie bits but doesn't have enough patience to do the design stuff. Dave doesn't have anything to do with the design or running of Rockman.
An independent site doesn't threaten anything.
Anyone is allowed to post up to the point at which they get banned. Just like Rockman. As yet Wacko hasn't managed to get himself banned.
