Seems to me that most countries that have 'socialized medicine' live longer than Americans, who claim to have the best healthcare in the world.
I'd say Obama's approval ratings are low because he isn't telling the right to go fuck themselves like he should which is making him look weak. One thing I will give Bush credit for is that he did what he wanted and not care what anyone thinks.
