I don't think he will try to run because it would cost his family their home. $4.5 million is a lot of money.

Although, if he could get over the unprotected border into France, I doubt that the French authorities will send him to America.

If he does go back to America, then surely the jail time served in the Swiss jail will count.

I don't like what he did but he now has proof that the original trial judge was a completely corrupt publicity seeker. It will be interesting to see what he makes of that in any future American court hearings.
