According to this article (in Dutch) the Belgian Council of State has been advised to dismiss the motion that appeals the three-year grant of 2.4 million euros per year. Usually the council follows the advice. Of course, there is a strong possibility that if the appeal is denied, the two companies who filled the complaint will file motion to dismiss the dismissal.
