Quick question re: Jim interview

For which documentary was the interview-footage of Jim on the dreampollution channel shot?

I seem to recall that it are outtakes from the VH1 Ultimate Albums interview (which I've never seen), but I'm totally confused now that someone is contradicting me on the Dutch Meat Loaf forum.
