I'd bet good money that he is already being allowed to do his thing and that the results will indeed be spectacular.

Don't be too sure about that. He his highly regarded by everyone.

I bought that album and I was very disapointed.

Also, it was a "Bat Out Of Hell" product and they stuck a song from another songwriter on it (long before they did so on Bat 3). I thought that was disrespectful to Jim.

Although I still like Meat. Sometimes he and Jim fight like brothers. Meat's autobiography is practically a biography of Jim. There have been several documentaries where Meat absolutely pays tribute to Jim.
