OK, found the problem. It was due to the changeover from the old domain to the new one. Or, more precisely, it was due to me cocking up the change. What I did worked for a while till the board re-instated the old domain setting.
It should work now however you may need to delete any batmusical.com cookies in your browser. Drop me an email if you don't know how to do that.
