I can assure you that several posters have told me that they feel free to come back because certain people are not going to harass them (and bullying and harassment help to create spam). I think Conas summed it up when he wrote to Pudding: (11/11/09): "You are really hard on me, and every message you post is a run down. You aren't good at giving someone confidence that's for sure. No wonder Ryan left and never came back." And this is true. You won't see Ryan over at Dave's place (unless its someone pretending to be him). Or how about Shallah's comments to Pudding (12/03/07): "I am sick to death of messageboard bullies. Well, now that you have establised to me that you are the board bully, may I first say that you really are a tosser. Get a girlfriend, CREEP! P.S- Also, is any mods are reading could you please do an IP check on me and certify that I am not someone names susan or mr egg as Pudding has accused me of being one or both." If you don't think that bullying and false accusations create spam, then you are missing some marbles. I would suggest to you that the real reason you "hardly come to this site anymore" is because you have lost interest and don't have much to say. Scaramouche started an interesting thread above this one. Why don't you join in that conversation? Blaming me for all the childish spam is just ridiculous. You do tend to be quite a negative chap, like when you say (10/30/07): "Humans are a fucked up species. They were fucked up in the past. They're fucked up now, and I'm pretty sure they'll continue to be fucked up in the future." Does that include you? | |
