They go together for me. Besides the Bat 3 fiasco I have no contempt for Meat (though I still hate his daughter Amanda...). Hell I even liked Bat 3, but think it should have just been called The Monster's Loose.
I hope he continues to perform and release new music for a few more years at least.
Steinman really needs to get out there more. I fear he is being lost in this day and age because he focuses on his past and rarely releases new music. He has had ample opportunity to release some amazing new stuff (like after the resurgence of Total Eclipse in recent years).
Let's just hope the Bat Musical comes to fruition and his "swan song" doesnt remain Dance in B-way.
It is a travesty neither is in a Hall of Fame and that they dont get more recognition from their peers in the industry.
Finally, I hope they release some music for the Rockband or Guitar Hero video game franchises
