Scaramouche, I got an email from a fan the other day who’s been working on a little project of his own called “Batman: Ribbons of Blood”. It’s nothing huge or anything that could be done professional but the video was quite cool and I understand the guy is drawing on songs from both Steinman and yourself in his version? I’ve never heard anything about this project before until someone notified me that he’d written about my website somewhere. What are your thoughts on this? Are you cool with what he’s doing? Do you want me to mention it on my website and send you the link to the video? Best, Ryan. > > Besides just being a balls-out awesome song, and sounding > > light years beyond a "hobby" production, and being maybe > > the best non-Steinman-penned Steinman song I've ever > > heard, has anybody else noticed that, after the line "is > > there any hope left in Hell?" the double echo of "in Hell" > > sounds an awful lot like Meat Loaf? > > > > Fucking brilliant job, Scaramouche. > > Too kind!
