As Marvello mentioned below, there is a far better live version. I think this may be from the Hudson Theater shows as Meat shouts "Jimmy turn it up loud!" at the end. However the crowd noise is slightly different to other songs from that show. Sadly some bright spark decided to edit out the instrumental bit at the end.
