All is not well on the set of ITV's latest reality series Popstar To Operastar.
Reports suggest that Meat Loaf, who is a mentor on the show, is at war with the programme's host Alan Titchmarsh.
The singer is unhappy because he feels he is ignored on the live show, in favour of fellow judges Katherine Jenkins, Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen and Rolando Villazon.
Things came to a head during last Friday's programme when Alan Titchmarsh cut Meat Loaf off while he was talking and the singer retaliated by writing 'Protest' on a piece of paper and waving it at the camera.
A source told The Sun: "It was all the camera crew could do to ensure it wasn't in shot. Meat Loaf seems convinced there is a conspiracy and that Alan is avoiding him.
"But he's doing what the producers tell him in his earpiece. He tells Meat Loaf this but he doesn't seem to buy it. It makes things very tense."
