I saw him do It Just Won't Quit on the Storytellers tour so I doubt it's that one. Keep in mind, Meat is not always consistent in what he says. I remember him saying he would never do Dance In My Pants but eventually he did it in Europe. Maybe doing it in Europe doesn't count? :>)
