I've probably been the biggest advocate for Meat Loaf for a long time here in amongst a lot of criticism. I've seen him live many times.

I have watched wrestling and it is not because of him taking part that I am sad (though promoting his album this way is indeed a bit of a low as Dave points out). His singing is really not that great at the moment, even though a few months ago he put in a great version of Bat I thought on UK tv. The vocals on the album keep getting better whereas live they are getting worse. That does make me wonder what is really going on.

To me this just looked wrong. He's too old to do something like that convincingly in my opinion. I know it's all an act and a bit of fun but I'm preferring the memories of Bat 3 at the moment which divided a lot of fans, which is crazy. The fire just seems to be sizzling out now... :-(
