I would like to think the project is 'on hold' as opposed to cancelled, but I can't see it opening much before 2012.
In the meantime I think Jim should really try and get a hit single with 'Body...' to spark some interest in his name and in turn the musical.
I imagine Rinkoff has numerous backing tracks from the TDE sessions to chose from, so it wouldn't take much effort (on Jim's part) to oversee a vocal production?
