As Evil Nickname mentioned a few weeks ago, there's a promo CD that has Totale Duisternis and Ontembare Begeerte on it. The group sales girl at Musical Hall Promotions sent me a free one, and since I already have a copy I picked up at the show, that means I HAVE ONE GOING SPARE. As she said, it's "a little reminder of the good music" :-)
