I know Jim can't be forced to appear aginst his will but it would be such cool publicity for him. It is so crazy that someone with Jim's artistic success is not more famous. An Idol night devoted to him would make a lot of people say: "Gosh. I didn't know he did this and that. He even worked with Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion!" That's why I think he should do an autobiography. Anything to focus people's minds on what Jim has achieved. An Idol night would be perfect. Surely Jim would agree. Of course the show producers would be in favour. American Idol is watched by millions in the UK as well. Oh. Is "Final At Bat" a secret? Ooops. I thought it was public knowledge that Jim wanted to use that name for the final installment of the Bat triology. Of course he would have had to do it with Meat Loaf because of the "solemn" agreement between them but now that Meat has broken that agreement, Jim is free to do it without him. Even though it would be nice if they could do another 1993 together, Jim has no moral obligation to include Meat. If Meat had not done "TMIL", then Jim would have felt obliged to include him in the project. Although maybe Meat will play some role. Of course its up to Jim. Doesn't sound very likely. "TMIL" was a betrayal. "The Final Flight" is an alternative name. I like the sound of them together but it will probably be one or the other. | |
