I only say this because of Jim's comment in his letter:
"... I have had NO involvement in BAT3... this has ALL been about Meat pulling me into court. Going back two years, when I turned down "the richest deal ever offered to a white producer", Meat's managers words, I told Meat he could use the title but I wished he wouldnt, as it kept me from doing my BAT3 with Meat. I really wanted to finish the trilogy..."
