Love the images though, especially the gates and searchlights at the start (just how I picture it for a stage), although I don't see Arkham as a city.
The version of Batman I'm still trying to write has the whole second half of Act 1 in Arkham Asylum where Joker (after being captured earlier) composes his 'Symphony of Screams' every night... a mad spoken word piece backed by 'orchestral' screams from the other inmates. Think of Silence of the Lambs when Clarice first meets Lecter.
Joker eventually escapes from Arkham, nearly killing Batman.
BTW - Not much of a fan of modern computer games. More an 80's arcade kid (1942, Phoenix, Space Invaders, Ghost n Goblins etc)
