> I listened to it...but it didn't tie me up and f*** > me...LOL! :) > It's interesting. I've gotten interested in a lot of music over the years. Jim led me to Andrew Lloyd Webber which led me to musical theatre. I'm a huge fan of the Beatles and Pink Floyd, as so many of us are, and I have all of the Pink Floyd albums on vinyl, even the Winter '74 bootleg which was mistaken to be an official release, but no music ever makes me feel the way Jim's music does. I don't know what it is... Maybe it's like Colonel Sanders secret spices. I honestly don't know. But I have never grown tired of it. I first heard "Back Into Hell" when I was 6 or 7 years old, just as it was first released. We'd listen to "Bat out of Hell" before that when we would go on drives into the country. And it is still as fresh and exciting and stirring and emotional as it was back then. I can never get enough of it. Hearing the new music a couple years back was incredible. "Not allowed to love" is possibly even my favourite Jim song. | |
