There is some dispute about the authenticity of that video. Personally, if it is fake, I think it was VERY well done, and congratulations to whoever was responsible! And you probably will not be able to forget about it once you’ve seen it. I still remember it now. It was awful. Ghost stories, ghost stories... About a year ago I worked with a musician who was based in New South Wales and I was telling him about my friend's housemate who could see spirits. He told me this amazing story, about a 1940s themed party that took place in his neighbour's backyard. Limousines had even showed up at the front of the house. They partied long and hard into the night, but with 1940s musical standards, not the music you'll generally hear at parties today. Suddenly, after a while, it quietened down, and there was this deafening shriek from ALL OF THE GUESTS, all of them SCREAMING AT ONCE, almost like in UNISON. And then it was gone. The next morning, my musician friend confronted his next door neighbour and asked him "What the HELL happened at your place last night??? I heard screaming!!!" "What are you talking about? There was NOBODY at my house last night." "Yes, there was! There were limousines in the street. There were all these people. And they were screaming." "I wasn't HERE last night. And there was nobody here. My daughter was in hospital giving birth. The family was up there with us." But, wow, I've heard of ghostly encounters, but 30 or 40 or 50 of them all shrieking at once like that? And if it wasn't really ghosts, then the matter has yet to be explained, and his neighbour has never changed his story. Don't know why he would joke about something like that either. But my friend's former housemate could see spirits. We were on the bus one night and she panicked and I said "what's wrong?" And she said "It’s Jack. He's angry." She even invited me to the cemetery late at night so I could write while she wandered among the graves and communicated with the spirits. It was really something. I've always kept an open mind about these things, and religion as well, but that...was really something... | |
