WarioLoaf has a youtube channel where he has uploaded some rare stuff over the years. That is what he is talking about.

And if you do a board search for Warioloaf but not as a user name Im sure youll find links to some of his youtube uploads that people have shared.

That is just my take on it without doing any work to verify my suspicion.
