Yes, I think it's an imitation. And because of that, I can't bring myself to enjoy it. "Not A Dry Eye In The House" is nice though.
And so is the "Stoney and Meatloaf" album, but it's not available on CD (and something should be done about that, that is if Meat Loaf doesn't have a fit of rage about it.)
