Yes, the city...Watch the first film after Chucky has first come alive and attacked Karen, and she flees the apartment block, and goes wandering into the darkness of the city. You see all the bums on the sidewalk sitting round the little drums filled with their smoking fires. That'll give you an idea as to what the city in Don Claude is like, really gritty and unsettling.
I love how dark the first Child's Play film is, and the second one is so bright in contrast. I always wondered if that was deliberate or they just went in a different direction.

Did you hear there was going to be a remake with Brad Dourif returning as the Voice of Chucky? I'm so looking forward to seeing what decisions they've made with it.

And the audience would have related to it in a more chilling way, because so many of us had dolls growing up. Even when I was 12, I had a Cartman on display, but he fell apart over the years because he wasn't that well made, so every 10 years I guess I'll have to replace my Cartman's. My current Cartman can talk (and we all joke about the scary possibility that Cartman might begin talking in the night without his hand being pushed. "I'M NOT FAT, I'M BIG BONED! .... I'm watching you, Ryan..."

Haha.
