I hate getting a KFC meal when the chicken has just been cooked, it's disgusting. All the oil just drips out of it...YUK!!!!! It's best coming from the oven crispy and dry.
Why do you have to cut down on eating KFC? Are you after gaining a few pounds? ;-)
