Is the plan to become a writer first and then a director? I hear that people who have two or three screenplays produced can then demand that they direct the next screenplay. Didn't Oliver Stone write "Midnight Express" and then demand to direct "Platoon"? I think it took him a few years of struggle but he got there in the end. | |
