| I've always loved Lemon, and I really like break It too -- I just wish there was a decent, studio, polished up all nice like version by Jim with a real vocalist. Meat's version makes me puke everytime I hear it. I mean, it still has nice bits as per the song, and I actually dig any kind of slide guitar, but it has some unbelievably lame bits tat marr the whole thing. Upto and including the gay latino caling him a "cray-seee man!". Jim's worse song off the top of my head would be Not Allowed To Love, cause I was rubbishing it the other day so my complete distaste for it is fresh in my mind. :o) Rebel has always bored me but I think that's the arrangement's fault, not sure. It seems like all the interesting themes are so buried in that one. > > i'd go with If It Ain't Broke, > > Me too. I couldn't do with it first time, then the > extra-shitty bit Meat did on tour made no sense, now > Bat3...WTF? > > Life Is A Lemon doesn't do anything for me either. > > Pud | |
