First of all great thread, its nice to read people debating stuff like this rather than bickering over someone’s private parts.

My love is rock music first whether its Bat, BFG, Dead ringer Bat 2, Pandora’s box, Bonnie T stuff etc etc to me there not a bad Jim song amongst them, I have grown up with all of these and thou I have my favourites there isn’t a Jim song amongst them that I dislike

Theatre stuff doest hit me quite as hard thou I love a lot of it especially the demos it just doesn’t hit me in the heart and soul as the other stuff. For me it needs to be a rock production rather than a theatrical one

On Bat3 I just don’t get "if it ain’t broke", of all the stuff of Jims I have heard over the years this does bugger all for me. Well Jim for me this song is broken and if it was a vinyl then I would say please break it.

But saying that the Bat 3 album is probably the best place for this song because Meat should pay attention to the word if it “ain’t broke break it” because he certainly broke the Bat legacy by doing this album with out Jim.
