It was originally called "Tanz der Vampire", I believe, then it became "The Fearless Vampire Killers" in the US, where the film was butchered (Which is ironic because the musical was also butchered in the US. It would have been interesting to know Polanski must have been thinking at the time.)
Sharon was murdered the year after "Rosemary's Baby" was released.
