Me and a friend have been tracking it down since forever. Ray says in his notes for "The Confidence Man" CD that Barry began introducing the song "Milady" into his act around the time he was recording it. After it was dropped from his album, due to the huge production length it had reach, he stopped doing it.
So, if anyone can find tapes of those performances, you have my undivided attention
