Must be a warehouse full of them, that they couldn't shift. > Having said that Meat did do the four HCTB songs EXTREMELY > well live. Also the recent shows I've seen were remarkably > better vocally than those from previous tours in the 2000s > I thought. Nothing wrong with the vocals on HCTB (just the writing). Just wish Meat & Jim could thrash out their shit (they 'aint getting any younger). If Meat would agree, could see Jim producing an album away from Meat and then getting Meat in (with maybe Rob Cavallo) just for the vocals, then it could be tolerable for both of them? Would love to see Meat do 'Body...' and maybe 'Vaults of Heaven' that Rob Evan was raving about (For Sarah is a great melody). I'm sure there is enough 'new' stuff for an album (Only When I Feel, Graveyard Shift, Loving You's A Dirty Job with Patti Russo, one or two of the Garbo tracks, new version of FTTSON, Paradise Lost). Ton of work but would be great (for both of them & us) if Meat had a Steinman album out around the time of the Bat musical? | |
