I think someone else mentioned it somewhere else in the thread but this discussion sort of reminds me of Desmond and "If God could talk". I thought that was a pretty big mess up. I mean, I wasn't aware that God was a mute. And even if he was, why wouldn't he use sign language?
It probably should have been "If God would talk". Or it shouldn't have been on the album at all. Or Meat should have just recorded the real Bat 3 with Jim...
