He was very, very, very powerful as the Phantom, one of the greatest performances in musical theatre history. But as Krolock he was an embarrassing joke. He was a disgrace. But there were moments when he rose above all that, moments like the end of "A good nightmare comes so rarely..." which still gives me chills. And when he says "God has left the building!" You expect it to be another awesome and powerful performance, but then he steps out and says "Isssaa meee aaaaMARRRIOOO!!!" *EYE ROLL* | |
