I wouldn't go that far. "Welcome to the Neighbourhood" wasn't trying to be something it's not. Yes, there were a couple songs that impersonated Jim but they could have easily called it Bat 3 to sell more records, and they didn't. And as a whole, it is a much more satisfying experience than TMIL.
