Lol, and not only do I think YOUR opinion is shit, but just seeing a post by you that has anything to do with Meat Loaf automatically puts my mind in ignore mode. You have no idea about what Meat Loaf did for the album, you are just filled with blind hate towards him. Have you ever even heard Meat Loaf sing live? I bet not (though it is easy for you to lie on the internet). How long have you even known who Jim Steinman is? What other Jim Steinman albums have you actually purchased? How familiar are you with his work? Bat out of Hell has MANY PEOPLE to thank. Pieces of shit like you two instantly assume that because I think BOTH Jim and Meat had equal contributions to make this album a hit, it somehow negates the work of the other. It is disgusting to think we have a common interest in Jim Steinman music. Meat and Jim both toured the album to get it bought by a studio. Meat and Jim both lived together while Jim was finishing it. As you can clearly hear here thanks to this wonderful site, Jim had quite a different take on some of the music compared to how it came out in the album. They worked together. TOGETHER. T.O.G.E.T.H.E.R. If Meat didnt sing it then MAYBE it would have not been as popular, but that isnt 100%. Look at IACBTMN by Dion, it did a hell of a lot better than Pandora's Box. Yet some people here argue Pandora's box version is better. Most importanty, why the FUCK am I arguing about a "MAYBE" scenario with one of the ugliest, most pompus peices of trash Ive encountered on this board since Smeg left is beyond me. I think Ive hated you since you first started posting and now that you are just getting completely out of hand with your Meat hate I think it is time I let you know what i think of you. But please, keep on posting diatribes about how Jim is god and meat is shit. Ill keep responding with insults from now on. You arent worth arguing with, that is for damn sure | |
