Riff Raff and/or Rocky from the Rocky Horror Show soundtrack...

This would be the stage show I am referring to...

Anyways, in a few of the recently shared hidden gems from Jim's past work there is someone who sounds like the guy who played Riff Raff and also the guy who played Rocky (maybe the same person) in the Rocky Horror Show soundtrack. The one that has Meat playing Dr. Scott and Eddie.

Does anyone know what I am talking about and if it is the same person/people.
