COmplete unfounded speculation, but:

I can't help but wonder whether Kasim and leaving has changed Meat's plans somewhat? Does Meat now want Kasim's ideas, arrangements, basslines ditched in favour of re-recorded bits?

And his pianist? (Or had he already left by the time Teddy Bear was recorded?)
