I really dislike most current music, but Lady Gaga is truly a ruby in a mountain of rocks. She sings well, she plays piano well, and she writes good songs. Hers is the only pop album I've bought in a LONG time. I was actually just about to post a thread about her latest song, "Edge of Glory" which is my favorite of her songs so far. My girlfriend keeps saying it sounds like something Meat Loaf would sing. Turns out Gaga, like Jim, was influenced by Springsteen and actually got Clarence Clemons to play sax on the track! Coincidentally, I'm uploading my own piano cover to YouTube as I type this. I could care less about her freaky outfits and publicity stunts as long as she keeps making good music!
