Being a veggie, I didn't really like Lady Ga Ga's dress that was made out of meat. It must have smelled awful.

I saw the "Judas" video and didn't really like it. The disciples were a motor cycle gang (St. Peter had "Peter" in silver studs on the back of his leather jacket). I suppose the idea could have worked but I thought the video was a mess. Can you explain it?

As far as Lady Ga Ga being more famous than Jim or Richard O'Brien, it's possible that this is only a temporary thing. Lady Ga Ga's songs all sound the same. I would hope that the songs from "BOOH" and "Rocky Horror" will be remembered in two hundred years as a kind of classical music.

Justin Beber is more famous than Jim and Richard O'Brien at the moment. That's even worse than Lady Ga Ga being more famous.

I can't agree that Jim and Richard O'Brien aren't known to anyone. They have an older, perhaps more sophisticated audience.

I couldn't help laughing when you said that Lady Ga Ga looks like she crawled out of a Silent Hill game. Really, really hee hee.

Seriously though, are there no young artists making music that is also art? I hear that Muse is getting big in America.

Of course though the glory days are over. There were so many wonderful albums/works of art between The Beatles and Thriller. Then everything became too commercial (is that the right word?). Nirvana's "Nevermind" and Jim's "Bat 2" are rare examples of truely great post-Thriller albums.
