yeah it's not too clear here, but if you get your copy and look its fairly obvious (assuming its on pretty much all of them).
The guy's face on the far right, instead of bleeding off the edge of the disc normally, there is an abrupt cut and part of his face is repeated.
At 3 oclock. The dude's got three eyes, :o)
