I've seen it in German (4 different productions), Hungarian/Maygar (once) and Dutch (the same production twice). I haven't seen the Latvian, Polish or Japanese productions.

And the degree of variation varies. Not counting the 2007 concert version, most productions I've seen were roughly the same, with some minor changes. The big exception is the current Vienna production, where the ending was reworked with Krolock showing up (twice) after the prof's posse fled the castle, and Sarah and Alfred joining in during the finale.
