This article about Steve Popovich suing Sony over BOOH royalties showed up in a Google alert today even though it's actually from 2005. Anyhow, if anyone else saw it and wondered how the case turned out, I found the appeals court's opinion from 2007 which affirmed the lower court's verdict. But, it says it was remanded for further proceedings; anyone know more?
