Yeah, the more I listen to Teddy Bear the more impressed I am with Meat's chops—WAY better than on TMiL. I'd love to hear him do some new Steinstuff too. I guess my point was just that something small and inconsequential to Jim, like his old stuff that never went anywhere, could still be something worth celebrating if done by Meat and band.
Re: Come in the Night. Funny you say all that. I can't listen to that song, because it reminds me alot of Roy Wood / ELO's WHISPER IN THE NIGHT.
And so every time I hear Come In The Night I'm disappointed when the melody varies… then I get Roy Wood stuck in my head (which I prefer).
