I think I have to be in the mood to hear that song. If you play it alone, at random, it's really cool but if you listen to the album all the way through it just.. I dunno... JARS. It ruins the momentum. Yet again, it sounds very Broadway and musical theatre. It belongs in "Neverland".
I also don't get this assumption about it being like "Paradise". It's a totally different story. They don't make out and regret it. They're just shacking up over the dance floor in a very bizarre way. In a way, it could almost be a PREQUEL to "Paradise", IMO.
